Abhishekam (Sacred Bath)

The sacred bathing ceremony of the main deity performed every Friday. During this seva, the Namam (white marking on the deity's forehead) is removed, revealing the original idol. The deity is bathed with water, milk, sandalwood paste, and other sacred materials. This is one of the rarest sevas as devotees can see the deity without the customary ornaments.
